Threaded Widget

Positioning the CineTape Horns in tight places or closer to the lens, just became simpler with the NEW, CineTape THREADED WIDGET. The Widget attaches to the CineTape Horns and provides 1/4 and 3/8 inch threaded mounting points for the horns. These versatile additional connection points expand the mounting options with a Noga type support arm.

The Cinematography Electronics THREADED WIDGET is precision machined from aircraft type aluminum then anodized, making it durable and lightweight. It works well with all CineTape Horns. The two-piece THREADED WIDGET consists of a stud and knurled knob which attach to the round crown on the CineTape Horns. The stud has a 1/4-20 thread on the small end, and a 3/8-16 thread on the large end.

Simply slide the stud though the CineTape Horn crown, from either the front or back. Then finger tighten the knurled knob to lock it in place. Easy ... No tools are necessary. Finally, attach your choice of support arm, or bracket, between the CineTape Horns and the camera. You’re now ready to shoot.
